At Glassglow, we want every customer to feel confident in their skincare purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

Unopened and Unused Items

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return or store credit if they are in their original condition with all seals and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Opened, Used, or Unsealed Products

Due to the personal-care nature of skincare products, opened, used, or unsealed items are not eligible for return or resale. This helps protect the safety and hygiene of every customer.

Resale of Returned Products

For customer safety, opened, used, or unsealed skincare products are not resold. Returned products may only be considered sellable if they are unopened, unused, undamaged, not expired, and have all original seals fully intact.
